Grant, Donald

Don Grant started his art career in 1980 working for and with several artists. Known for Stagecoaches, sculptured in wood, Don has expanded into the medium of bronze. Originals for the bronzes are done in Polymer clay or wax. Don’s work is in the Wells Fargo Museum in San Francisco and private collections. He has been juried into the Pacific Rim Wildlife Show, the Vancouver International Wildlife Art Show in Canada and the CM Russell art Auction.

Don has attended several workshops in sculpting and watercolor painting. He has added resin casting to his mediums. Since 1992, he has been able to concentrate on his art career full time.

Don has built Stagecoaches, sculptured in wood, true to life Yellowstone Park coach, Mud Wagon, Concord Mail Coach & a Chuck Wagon. These need to be seen to be appreciated for the time & exact detail each one of these Stagecoaches display.
