Grant, Mimi

Paintings, with an emphasis on wildlife and the places they inhabit, have been the focus of Mimi Grant’s art world. She conveys her feelings about nature through the mediums of oil and scratchboard.

Beginning with the CM Russell Art Auction in 1978, Mimi has participated in many juried wildlife shows, including shows in Maryland, S Carolina, Florida, and Washington.  She was awarded a Top 100 in Paint the Parks in 2011.

Her paintings can be found at The Glass Art Show in Great Falls, MT, The Meadowlark Gallery in Billings, MT, and The Creighton Block Gallery in Big Sky, MT.

Mimi is an International Scratchboard Artist Association  signature member, and  in Oct. 2012 and was voted into the Montana Painters Alliance.

Mimi was honored to have a 'sold out show' at the Stampede Western Invitational Art Exhibit in Greeley, CO. In 2006, she participated in the first "Cowgirl Up!" show at the Desert Caballeros Western Museum in Wickenburg, AZ.
